About this role
FabHotels is hiring an Operations Executive to coordinate hotel guest bookings, check-in/check-out processes, and manage booking operations ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working in a fast-paced hotel operations environment.
Role & responsibilities
Coordinate with hotels regarding guest bookings and reservations; handle guest check-in and check-out coordination; manage refund and payment-related queries; generate booking IDs; ensure smooth booking operations in collaboration with hotels and internal teams; verify and update booking details; resolve booking-related issues timely.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates should have good communication and coordination skills, strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, basic knowledge of hotel bookings and operations, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfort in handling multiple bookings and queries.
